Hello, I guess this is the last Blog Post that I will be uploading to tell you the progress of my project. This is because the project is finished!

Throughout the five months, I begin with doing academic work. In the academic research, few teaching techniques utilizing the psychological concepts are developed and are tested in the project.

In the event of treasure hunt, there are more troubles than my expectations. It started late because of security worried about the COVID protection to avoid too crowded people gathered in the neighborhood. It took a while for each kid to enter the neighborhood separately. Both two projects work very well. The response and active participation from the residents help me to push the progress of the experiment. I was worried about that the project will not have many participations. However, due to the strong technology connection between residents in our neighborhood. WeChat group really helped a lot in the process. Soon many people responded in merely three days. Parents, mostly, encouraged me to do this project because it helped them to educate their children effectively about the policy that was going on in the city. Since the children required to learn about this, teaching a few basic concepts will help them soon used to it.

The result of this project was not very apparent. However, it was still an improvement. The score used to gather at 7. It was the new data after the project.

In the end, there were only a few positive impacts on the community regarding the policy of garbage classification. Thus, the community project had little effective influence on improving the comprehensive awareness in a Shanghai neighborhood where the project took place. Nevertheless, the project failed to prove the neighborhood's actual behavior in the neighborhood, and the effect of raising awareness of one neighborhood wasn't very useful for the whole city, including surrounding neighborhoods.
